Last week's Fund Forum was a success despite the lower than usual numbers. First held in 1990, the Fund Forum is a conference and networking event for fund managers. This year the 19th edition of the event was held in the Grimaldi Forum in Monaco.

Another successful CleanEquity conference

Despite the financial gloom, there was plenty to be cheerful about at last month's CleanEquity Conference.

For a second year, the invitation-only conference for emerging environmental technologies took place in Monaco. Prince Albert presented the awards to the most promising companies in 3 areas of excellence in the field of environmental technology.

UNESCO international experts met in Monaco last week to discuss sustainable development for the Arctic in the face of global climate change. The objectives were to highlight the impact that global warming has already had on the region, and to investigate ways to monitor further changes.

Monaco brings environmental investors and innovators together

The first CleanEquity conference will be held in Le Sporting d'Hiver congress centre, right in the heart of Monte Carlo, on February 20 and 21 in 2008. The conference is being organized by Innovator Capital and aims to present new environmental technologies to potential investors.

Motor sport business conference

Today sees the opening of the Motorsport Business Forum at the Grimaldi Forum here in Monaco. Over two days attendees will be able to network, visit the exhibition and attend conference presentations related to business management, marketing and investment in motor sport and Formula 1.

Do it in Monaco!

The Junior Chamber of Commerce in Monaco has organized its second investment forum, Do It In Monaco! The purpose of the event is to promote investment and entrepreneurship in Monaco and to bring together advisors, investors and business people. Last year there were presentations by successful Monegasque businesses, and discussions about the different company structures.
