Prince Albert and Johnson Controls

On July 16, the Fondation Prince Albert II de Monaco signed an agreement with Johnson Controls.

They've agreed to investigate ways of working together to develop solutions for saving energy and reversing climate change. The focus for the joint venture is to raise awareness and promote action in Europe and the Mediterranean. Both parties hope to influence governments and businesses, as well as the general public.

Another successful CleanEquity conference

Despite the financial gloom, there was plenty to be cheerful about at last month's CleanEquity Conference.

For a second year, the invitation-only conference for emerging environmental technologies took place in Monaco. Prince Albert presented the awards to the most promising companies in 3 areas of excellence in the field of environmental technology.

The 2009 EVER conference and exhibition took place this weekend and provided the ideal opportunity to announce Monaco's continuing commitment to sustainable mobility.
