40th anniversary of the Organisation Internationale de la Francophonie.

On Saturday the Monegasque section of the Assemblee Parlementaire de la Francophone (APF) celebrated International Francophone Day. This year commemorates the 40th anniversary of the Agence de Cooperation Culturelle et Technique (ACCT), which was created on 20th March 1970. The organization is now the Organisation Internationale de la Francophonie (OIF), and its founding day has been celebrated every year since 1990. It's a day dedicated to the French language and those who live in the 68 member states of the OIF.
