Created by Synergy Group, Monte Carlo Travel Market has been held 6 times at the Grimaldi Forum.

Owners Elyse Danino and Steve Sasportas have sold the event to EPI Communications, one of Monaco's largest marketing and communication companies, publisher of Best of Monaco directory and several magazines. EPI plans to transform the salon into a showcase for luxury travel and tourism, in direct competition with the ILTM which takes place in Cannes in December.
