The Monaco hotel and casino company SBM has big plans to improve its IT systems.

Just before Christmas, it signed a partnership contract with IBM to work together on 6 large, strategic projects. Amongst other things, these include developing an intranet portal, overhauling the hotel information system, and improving internal communication systems. SBM's IT Director will have overall responsibility for leading the teams, and IBM will provide functional and technical support, as well as monitoring the tools and procedures. This is a great opportunity for SBM to improve its website usability too!
